We noticed that the webpage also stated " Congressman DeSaulnier Secures Funding in Omnibus for Statewide Family Engagement Centers." It also stated " Washington, DC Last week, Congressman Mark DeSaulnier CA-11 announced that he successfully included 10 million in federal funding for the Statewide Family Engagement." The header had City of Brentwood as the highest ranking keyword. This keyword was followed by City of Antioch, City of Oakley, and Assemblyman Jim Frazier which isn't as urgent as City of Brentwood. The other words the site used was Jim Frazier. Kevin Romick is also included but might not be understood by search parsers.
